1) You Place Your Order

Our customer service team will receive your order & allocate your stock within 20 minutes (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4 pm)

2) We Book In Your Delivery

Our transport team will give you a quick call to confirm our earliest delivery date or an alternative date that suits you.

3) We Deliver Your Insulation

Deliveries are between 7.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure you’re on site to sign for your order!

Please note delivery is not available in some parts of Scotland. Please check with us before ordering if you are unsure.
We deliver to UK mainland only. This excludes Northern Ireland, British Isles such as Isle of man and Isle of Wight.
Delivery times will vary depending on the product and your location. Standard delivery is 2-3 days on average. Special items can take longer (please see estimated delivery times on product pages in green). After we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Most of our delivery drivers will be very cooperative and willing to help you with your order, please be polite and respectful and they will do their best to ensure a smooth delivery process.

If any part of your deliver is damaged or faulty, please let your driver know at the point of delivery then contact us on 0800 246 5131 or email – our customer service team will make sure the issue is raised immediately with our customer service department.

At Trade Timber we offer Special Orders to ensure products are specially made to provide the best suit for your specific project, therefore these items are not stocked and are ordered directly with the manufacturer. When placing a special order, please be sure they are the correct materials for your project, as this is made to order specifically to your project. Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable after 24 hours of ordering.
Special orders are also likely to have longer delivery times. We will always give you an approximate lead time for your products. We at Trade Timber will always do our utmost to make sure that your order is delivered on the expected delivery date and will keep you up to date along the entire process, however we cannot be held responsible for any claims due to late deliveries.

Most deliveries will be made using a large side curtain lorry (HGV). If your delivery address isn’t suitable for this vehicle, please let us know in the delivery notes section so we can choose a different mode of transport.

Here at Trade Timber, we always aim to ensure your order is delivered on time and undamaged. Please examine your goods upon delivery. If you should receive any products damaged upon delivery, we will require you to contact us at the point of delivery. We cannot accept claims in respect of damaged goods or product shortages unless we are notified at the time of the delivery, whilst the driver is still on site. Please make sure your delivery driver is also informed of any damages or shortages when your order is signed for onsite. In terms of damaged materials, we ask that you please send over pictures of the damage so we can investigate this further. This will enable us to resolve the matter ASAP.

In the event that you should need to return an order or part of an order please contact our office in a timely manner by emailing or calling 0800 246 5131. Please be aware returning items will be subject to collection & restocking fee. We can only consider any returns up to 5 days after your delivery is made.

Any orders placed are booked in on the same day if the order is placed during office opening hours.
